Did you know there are nearly 269 billion app downloads in 2021? In this course, we will introduce APP development platforms and operating systems to the students and discuss with them what an app is. Students will learn to add buttons, labels, text input, sound, videos and images to their app. They will learn about Cloud computing, screen navigation, and different variables. They will also learn how to create a database table to store data and how to integrate Google Sheet with the datastore they create. At the end of the class, students will design and build their own fun and useful mobile apps! This course enables the students to develop procedural thinking and acquire a new set of skills, which helps them to become a digital creator!
